If the Cage, Tank, Aquarium is larger, then we will need to know more specifics to determine if we will accept, and as to Pet Deposit, if accepted. We will require a photograph of the Pet. Companion and Service Animals are not considered to be Pets, we will need a valid signed Licensed Medical Practioners letter or Signed Training Certificate on Service Animals.
We do require payment of Mandatory Renter's Insurance and use a Service, called Get Covered for an added $15 monthly for just liability coverage of the Unit only or you can provide Proof of a Policy, but it has to cover $100,000 liability and name the Property and Management Company as interested parties, or you are charged the $15.
We do adhere to California Law related to Rent Payment History for the Rent payment reporting to your credit at $14.95 monthly, or you can choose to opt out.
