The application processing fee is $40 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application. Upon approvals, we will need the deposit within 24 hours, and upon receipt, the maximum hold is 15 days.

Pets- We do not accept Pet Dogs, but will accept indoor Cats, and would consider other types of Pets contained in a Cages, Tanks, Aquariums, and a deposit would be charged, if over 5 gallons in size. Service & ESA Animals are not Pets.

Utilities- The Owner pays Water, Trash, and Landscaping. The tenant pays Electric and Gas. The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes, We do have certain Rules and Restrictions on those types of units, and for this property, we do not see a variance to allow them.

For a 2-Bedroom, we will only accept a maximum of 5 people in a 2-Bedroom).

We do require payment of Mandatory Renter's Insurance or to pay our fee ($15 monthly). To waive our fee, your Policy each month has to be current and in our hands prior to the first.
